Ayurvedic secrets for teeth

Herbs and fruits with a predominantly bitter taste, coarse or biting helps cleaning the teeth: cloves, bay leaves, thyme, pepper, sage (this is indicated in the massage teeth), Mentha, basil, parsley and dill. Dental powder is a very easy mixture and may replace the ordinary toothpaste that you buy from the store and which contains too much fluoride.

The preparation of powder is made in the following way: crush the leaves in a glass or ceramic container with the help of a wood/ceramics ground, then crush in a percolator. Spices are ground when  you have them already in this phase, but must be careful to be of superior quality. Plants and spices you will assign them according to their own tastes. To the mixture obtained you can add a few drops of essential oil to make a fine powder – this quantity can be prepared for a period of 15 days, after which you must repeat the process.

For a clean mouth, with a pleasant taste and a breathing scented can chew fruit of nutmeg, cardamom, cloves and camphor.

A rinse with plant essences disinfects the mouth, refreshes – you can add rose water, herbs such as Mint or parsley, thyme, honey – the solution will give the mouth a delicate perfume and coolness. You can also clean your mouth in the morning and before bed with 1-2 drops of lavender oil  dissolved in half cup of water.

The spots and other stainings that hinder or which doesn’t let yousmile, can be treated with little lemon.
