Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons carob powder
- 3 tablespoons filtered water
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 cup cooked pearled barley
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- Handful of slivered almonds
- Vanilla soy milk
How to prepare:
1. In a small saucepan, stir carob powder into water. Add raspberries and maple syrup. Let simmer 5 minutes.
2. Pour raspberry carob sauce over cooked barley. Sprinkle protein powder and slivered almonds over sauce and serve immediately with vanilla soy milk on the side.
