Any milk produces milk cream, and also butter. The taste of butter and milk cream is accentuated to goats and sheep milk, and especially the grainy texture, but fine, to buffalo milk, with whom in India is prepared, with special precautions, a kind of animal oil, a fluid or quasi-liquid butter, known as ghee.
