This is a great after-the-holidays tonic. It will gently detox the body, especially from the impurities found in meat.

3 Carrots
½ Cucumber
1 Small beet with the greens

Trim the carrots and remember to scrub them but do not peel. Thoroughly clean the cucumber leaving the peel on. Beets tend to have a lot of dirt on them so a vegetable scrubber is recommended to get the beet and tops clean. Organic vegetables are best for fresh juice. Chop all vegetables to fit through your juicer and send them through!
