Low-Fat Blue Cheese (2 grams of fat per 2 Tablespoon serving)


  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • 1 ounce crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Seasoned salt to taste

Mix milk and flour together until smooth. Add milk and flour mixture and remaining ingredients to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until cheese is fully melted and sauce is thickened. Serve hot.
