Pineapple Cream Cheese Balls


8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. pineapple, crushed and well-drained
4 Tbsp. finely chopped cashews
Date sugar


Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well. Scoop a tablespoonful into hand and roll into balls. Roll in date sugar until completely coated. Set in freezer or refrigerator until firm and chilled. Serve cold. Yields about 10.
