Red Wine Tomato (1 gram of fat per 2 Tablespoon serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic – minced
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme

Sauté garlic in olive oil until browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook until sauce is reduced in half. Serve sauce at room temperature.
