A few Sprigs of fresh mint finely chopped |

Firm Tofu Marinated with Tamari (Soy sauce), ginger teriyaki or your favorite marinade. |
½ Cup |
Peanut butter – smooth |
¼ | Honey |
¼ | Tamari |
¼ | Fresh lemon juice |
Place 2 rice papers at a time in a pie dish filled with very warm water. After the papers soften taken them out and fill with ingredients. Wrap ends over and then sides into a nice roll dip in peanut sauce.
Peanut Sauce:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.
