Sugar sorghum – it is made from a special type of sorghum (Sorghum saccharatum) and is grown particularly in India.
Not very well known by people, and not very used, a special kind of sugar that is are spread for the people with diabetes, but not only, it is the sugar derived from corn (Zea mays saccharata) and known variously sold in boxes decorated with ears of corn.
