Spoon Meat Pudding


1 spoon meat coconut
1 mango
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. honey
3/4 cup non-instant dry milk
Dash of cinnamon


Combine ingredients and blend in blender until smooth. Refrigerate a few hours and serve as a pudding for breakfast or dessert. Also good frozen! Yields about 4 servings.
