Sweet Surprise Chocolate – Chip Cheesecake

12 oz container extra calcium nonfat cottage cheese
8 oz nonfat cream cheese, at room temperature
8 oz low-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
3 egg whites
1 egg
¾ c sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 oz mini chocolate chips (½ c.)
2 Tbsp. light chocolate syrup

Puree cottage cheese in food processor or blender until smooth. Cream both types of cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Add egg whites, egg, and cottage cheese; beat. Add sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch; beat. Stir in chips. Spray a lg. glass pie plate with vegetable oil spray; pour cheesecake mixture into it. Bake at 350ÐF for 45 to 55 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Chill. Serves 8.
