2 C. whole wheat or other
Whole grain bread cubes
½ C. cooked lentils
½ C. finely chopped walnuts
2-3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
¼ tsp. asafetida
½ C. diced celery
½ C. blended and strained tomatoes
1 tsp. sage, crushed fine
½ tsp. thyme
½ tsp. vegetable salt
½ C. chopped black olives
2 Tbsp. arrowroot mixed in 4 Tbsp. water
