The results of a large-scale american study suggests that through regular consumption of coffee we could protect against Bladder disorders. Researchers have discovered that all methods of preparing coffee are equally effective, unless you don’t use decaffeinated coffee.

According to the study, people who drink two or three cups of coffee a day have a risk with 40% less than developing vesicle bladder stones, and large consumers (over four cups a day), the risk is reduced up to 45%. Obviously, specialists consider that it is not appropriate to drink more coffee, but a cup or two don’t hurt.
